• How can I change my membership information?

  To update your membership information, you can change it by entering the "Profile" tab on the menu with your name in the upper right corner of the main page. When you make the necessary changes and click the "Save" button, your information will be updated.

• I forgot my password, What can I do?

  Click on the "Forgot Password" text on the page that will open when you press the "Log In" button on the top right of the home page. A link will be sent to your e-mail address after you enter your e-mail address that you used while registering. You can create a new password by clicking the link sent, and continue to explore Turkey.

• What is vBusiness ?

  vBusiness is the state of businesses in the virtual world. We enable businesses to grow with the privileges we offer.

• How can I register my business?

  You need to enter the vBusiness page via Vogezya.com address. Then you can choose the membership package that suits you and buy it.

• How can I get a vBusiness Pro membership?

• How can I access the vBusiness dashboard?

• I entered incorrect information, How can I fix it?

  Go to the settings page on your dashboard. Click the edit button on the line with the relevant business. On this page, you can correct incorrect information about your business.

• I need to update the details of my business, what can I do?

  Go to the settings page on your dashboard. Click the edit button on the line with the relevant business. On this page, you can change the information you want to update about your business.

• I want to feature my business, How can I advertise?

  There is an Ad Manager section on the dashboard, but until January 2023, this feature is disabled.

• How can I view reservations?

  Go to the reservations page on the dashboard. You can view all the reservations received by their businesses in this area.

• I canceled the reservation, can I confirm it again?

  There may be some disruptions as a result of the reservations made, you have the chance to confirm if you have an available place.

• I need to reach the customer who made the reservation, What can I do?

  Click on the detail button of the relevant reservation on the reservation page. You can solve the problem you need to solve by contacting the customer.

Travel Blogger

• What is Travel Blogger?

  Travel Blogger is for writers who love to travel and also like to share their experiences with people. You can increase your visibility by publishing content as you wish, regardless of location.

• How can I become a travel blogger?

  Click on the Travel Blogger button in the left menu on Vogezya.com. You will see the services we offer you on the page that opens, and when you reach the end of the page, the button of the page where you can publish your first article will appear. After you have prepared your article on this page, send it to us. If you get approval for publication as a result of the necessary reviews, you are now entitled to be a Travel Blogger.

• Can I update my content?

  Thanks to the dashboard for our members who have Travel Blogger, you can view, edit or hide your posts.

• Where will I post my new content?

  You can continue to produce content thanks to the new post creation button in the dashboard specific to Travel Bloggers.

vPay

• What is vPay?

  With vPay, you will be able to make your payments via your mobile phone.

• How can I load vPay balance?

  You can load any amount of balance you want by credit card and bank transfer at the balance adding point in the My Wallet tab.

• Where can I pay withvPay?

  You can make contactless payments with your balance in the products offered for sale on the Vogezya website and in businesses that have the privilege of paying withvPay.

• Can I withdraw money from my vPay balance?

  Unfortunately, the amounts in your current balance cannot be transferred to a bank account or refunded to a credit card.
