Overview

In 1491, II. The inn, built by Bayezid to provide income for his mosque and madrasah in Istanbul, is located in a large area between the Gazi Orhan Mosque and the Ulu Mosque. The two-storey inn was built mostly using cut stone and occasionally brick. The portico section consists of 40 concrete domes and has 95 rooms in total. The rooms on the upper floor are used as shops selling silk and silk products. The door of the inn opening to the south is directed to the Orhan Mosque, and the doors to the north are directed to the Grand Bazaar. Its large stone gate decorated with turquoise tiles attracts attention.
