Hz. Uzeyir Prophet Tomb

The name of Uzeyr (a.s), who was a famous Prophet according to the Israelites, is mentioned in the Qur'an. However, there is disagreement as to whether he was a prophet or not according to Islam. Scholars have different interpretations about the name of Uzeyr (a.s). According to some scholars, his name is an Arabic name. According to some other scholars, the word Uzeyr is not Arabic but Hebrew. (al-Ukberî, imlau ma menne bihi'r Rahman, Egypt, 1961, II, 7). The word for Uzeyr in Hebrew is "Azra". This is how it is mentioned in the Torah in this language copy (Biblio Hobraica, nsr. Rud. Kittel, Stuttgart, 1952; Esra, VII,1; Nehemio, VIII,13). Uzeyr (a.s) is descended from the Prophet Harun (as-Sa'lebi, al-Arais, Egypt, 1951, 344). The story of Prophet Uzeyir, whose name is clearly mentioned in 9/30, 31 verses of Surah At-Tawba, is clearly told in Surah Al-Baqara (Verse 259). According to some narrations, the place, which is a maqam and according to some narrations, a shrine, is highly likely to be a mausoleum. The existence of stones that are still seen in the form of barley and that never run out is accepted as a sign of the miracle of this person. Another verse that is said to be about Uzeyr (a.s) is as follows; "Or did you not see that person who stopped by a deserted town whose roofs collapsed on the walls of his house. He said, "I wonder how God will resurrect them after his death!" He immediately killed him and brought him back to life a hundred years later. ?' He said. We brought him back to life. Now look at the bones, how we put them on top of each other, and then how we clothe him with flesh.' (Baqara, 2/259). Whether he was a prophet or not, Uzair (a.s) was a person who believed in Allah completely, was a perfect person and had faith. All his life, he ran for good in order to win Allah's approval.
