Overview

Adıyaman Ulu Mosque is located in the city center. The mosque, which was built during the Dulkadiroğulları Principality, was repaired many times later. The inscription showing that the mosque was built in 1863 is on the east-facing upper surface of the minaret base. It is understood from another inscription found in the arch at the same place that the mosque was restored in 1902.
